Discovering, learning, and now teaching NLP has been like finding my life’s purpose, but what if your clients haven’t found theirs yet?

Many people find their life’s purpose through self-discovery and exploring their passions and values. It can be a deeply personal journey and it can evolve and change over time.

For some people, their life’s purpose could be in their careers, their relationships, their creative pursuits, or it could be in making a positive impact on the world. Spending time reflecting on what brings joy and fulfilment can be a good starting point in uncovering life’s purpose.

Some of the things to ask your clients are:

  • What things make you feel most alive and engaged?
  • What would you say are your core values and principles?
  • What is it that you care deeply about?
  • What impact do you want to have on others or the world?
  • What skills and talents do you have that could contribute to something meaningful?

Remember that it’s okay for them to explore different paths and take the time to figure it all out. Sometimes life’s purpose can be found in the journey itself rather than at the endpoint.
