Meet Jo…

Jo joined the January 2022 cohort of She-Coaches because she knew there was something more in life for her and her daughter.

Was Jo looking for a new career or business? Actually no. she had (and still has) a very successful, established marketing agency with staff and many high profile clients.

What Jo was looking for was something deeper than serving clients, earning money and knowing she could run a business. Jo was craving day to day fulfilment, her time back and knowing she was really making a bigger difference somehow, to someone (including herself!)

As you can see by the comments on the image, ‘who’ she wanted to help and how wasn’t totally clear, until the first 90 minutes of the live weekly training which is all about your own goals.

As an exhausted and determined single mother who felt pulled in many directions, Jo quickly realised, she wanted to help a previous version of herself to transform emotionally, mentally and physically. Helping single parents break free of old conditioning, self-talk and behaviours to build self worth and better future. 

This is really common in coaching. Our trauma, pain, struggles and experiences form a powerful foundation to understanding, empathising and being approachable to former versions of us – all essential qualities as a Deep Structure NLP Coach.

Once the realisation of the who, how and what had been uncovered; the rest was learning, practicing and deciding which of the many NLP methods and coaching processes would form part of the bespoke transformation programme she wanted to create with my help. 

Over the 6 month programme Jo created this, practiced on ideal clients, got confident, created the marketing messages and content to attract ideal clients towards her, decided on pricing and delivery methods to get the very best results and was very quickly changing lives – including her own! The joy of being part of someone’s change journey never disappoints – definitely one of the most rewarding vocations someone can have.
